What we collect

When you send a request through our website, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email (if you provide it), ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and any message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and — if you arrived from an ad or campaign link — the campaign tags in that link.

To prevent spam and abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We store only a one-way hash of it, not the address itself.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule visits, prepare estimates, and keep records of our work with you. We don’t sell your information.

Who processes it

Your request is stored with our website host and copied to a private spreadsheet and email notification so our team can follow up. These providers process the information on our behalf.

Analytics

This website does not currently use advertising pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we’ll update this notice.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected].
